See you on Safari!

Six Flags Great Adventure assembles its new Safari Off Road Adventure truck fleet in preparation for a Memorial Day weekend launch.  A total of 18 customized, surplus five-ton Army vehicles transformed into rugged Safari trucks will take guests off road and up close to the animals on this VIP-style journey.  Each truck will be equipped with on-board video and a Safari guide to give guests a unique and interactive tour of the 350-acre wildlife preserve.    Skilled drivers will take guests right up to the animals, even wading through ponds and climbing hills.  Safari Off Road Adventure will be included with theme park admission.

You’re cordially invited to party it up with the WEDDING BAND, the hilarious and light-hearted new comedy starring Brian Austin Green and Harold Perrineau. Follow the outrageously funny ups and downs of four friends who are members of a fun-loving Seattle rock band called Mother of the Bride. They haven’t figured out their personal lives, but they do know one thing for sure — weddings are the best place to meet women, drink up and rock out. Featuring A-list guest stars like Megan Fox and Molly Sims, this Wedding Crashers-meets- The Wedding Singer comedy mash-up marries the two key elements to any great party…terrific music and lots of laughter.

Cake Boss Cafe Grand Opening NYC! Times Square Just Got A Little Bit Sweeter!

Cake Boss Cafe Grand Opening NYC
Times Square Just Got A Little Bit Sweeter
42nd St and 8th Ave
#GetYourCakeOn
No matter who I run into, everyone knows Buddy Valastro, The Cake Boss!
Pretty much everyone in my immediate circle has been obsessed with TLC’s The Cake Boss show since it aired a few years ago. Coming from a family where cooking and baking are everyday occurrences, it’s wonderful to have Buddy set the baking bar for all of us! If you have ever been fortunate enough to visit Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, NJ you can say that
you have tasted a piece of heaven! Every time my family stops in we are just overwhelmed about what to buy. With three kids the pointing out of goodies is endless and we always walk out with a bunch of
boxes and bags to share with the rest of the family. Coming from a strong Italian background myself
there are few complaints when everyone hears that we have boxes from Carlo’s Bakery.

So, you can imagine how thrilled I was when I first heard that TLC’s The Cake Boss Cafe would be opening

right in the Port Authority on the corner of 42nd Street and 8th Ave. This is just a perfect accent to anyone’s
NYC trip! Recently I was invited to the Grand Opening of The Cake Boss Cafe!
Although I have met a few of Buddy’s family before, I have never had the pleasure of
meeting The Cake Boss himself! He was an amazing guy and very true to who we see on TLC’s The Cake Boss.
Now, let’s get down to what the new Cake Boss Cafe NYC is all about.
Anything you can find in the original Carlo’s Bakery you can now find in the Cake Boss Cafe!
There are showcases of baked delights including canolis, cheesecake, cookies, cakes, crumb cake and much more. You can also get a bird’s eye view into the kitchen as the treats are prepared before your very eyes.
There are plenty of tables and also an array of Cake Boss souvenirs for purchase. It’s a great place to
visit as a tourist and a wonderful stop by for the locals. You may not be able to resist the aroma of deliciousness that emits from this great new addition to NYC.
