Giveaway: Win a Family 4 Pack of Tix to Sesame Place, A Very Furry Christmas!
Calling all Sesame Street fans young and old! There is one place you can find a full line up of your favorite Sesame Street characters decked out for the holidays and waiting to greet you- That place is right in Langhorne, Pa at Sesame Place! Sesame Place really knows how to do it up with it comes to Christmas and the holidays. They have special shows, holiday foods, a themed parade and more. My favorite thing is how all of the characters dress up for winter! There is nothing more precious than seeing Elmo, Cookie Monster, Grover, Zoe and others ready to give holiday hugs to their little friends (and of course to Mom and Dad, too)!
When you do plan to visit Sesame Place during A Very Furry Christmas you will want to arrive in the day time and stay until dark! There is plenty to do and you don’t want to miss any of it! It will certainly be a day to remember for you and your family. After the sun goes down you can enjoy The Neighborhood Street Party Christmas Parade where you can wave, sing and dance along to your favorite holiday tunes. One of my favorite shows is when everyone gathers around the gigantic beautifully decorated Christmas tree (near the entrance) 1-2-3 Christmas Tree Show! I guarantee you will love it!
During the day you may want to see any or all of the other shows: Elmo the Musical, Christmas!, A Sesame Street Christmas Show and Elmo’s Christmas Wish Show. Please don’t ask me which one I like the best! It may takes hours of me going back and forth deciding! They are ALL good! As far as rides go you will want to visit the Winter only ones for sure. Those are the rides that are only available during the holiday season. The Sesame Place Furry Express is little train ride that takes you through the cookie making process of how the Twiddlebugs make their gingerbread cookies! It’s great during the day or at night. At night everything is lit up, so you may want to do it both during the day and night! Check out more about the rides available here: https://sesameplace.com/rides
You also won’t want to miss Santa’s Furry Workshop where you can bring your letter Santa and get some beautiful pics with Santa! There is also Christmas Story time at Mr. Hooper’s Emporium which is located next to the Sunny Day Carousel. Don’t forget to catch a ride on the Sunny Day Carousel at some point in the day!
New for 2017 you can now meet Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer along with his friends Clarice and Bumble who are all available to take photos with you friends and family! Also, don’t forget to stop by the new games of skill and test out your luck. There are three new games! Good Luck!
You may also want to try our one of the dining options during your visit to A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place. There are a few different choices. You can dine with Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and Clarice. There is also Sweet Treats with Santa, Cookie Monster and Elmo! You might want to enjoy a delicious holiday themed dinner at Christmas Dine with Elmo and Friends or The Count’s Countdown to New Year’s Celebration. Check out more about dining and make a reservation here: https://sesameplace.com/dining
