Review: The Wiggles 20th Birthday Tour! Be The 5th Wiggle!

Review:The Wiggles
20th Birthday Tour!
You Can Be The 5th Wiggle!
When I think back on my life as a mom and the fun times I have had and still do with the children, I can’t help but think of The Wiggles! Our family has spent many a day singing and dancing to The Wiggles songs as well as watching the show for years and years. Since my oldest son is 20 and my youngest daughter 4, it seems like The Wiggles have always been a part of our house!
When were were invited to The Wiggles 20th Birthday Tour you can’t even imagine how happy we were.
The Wiggles Live is quite an experience and different in many ways than other live shows I have been to. The Wiggles are extremely audience friendly, which is a big plus to anyone that wants the best live show experience. Murray had no problem at all coming off the stage when the little boy in a wheelchair seated behind me held up a sign that said, “Come over and check out my Big Red Car!”. The smile on that little guy’s face was priceless as he grinned from ear to ear.
When my middle son waved to Murry on his way back, he had absolutely no problem stopping for a photo! I was in awe of the respect that The Wiggles had for the families watching the show. Greg also graced the audience reading each and every handmade sign that he could see! How special did that make the children feel?
I did find out something else, too. If you are planning to go to see The Wiggles Live, bring along a bone for Wags the Dog, and a rose for Dorothy the Dinosaur! Each and every bone and flower was collected by a member of The Wiggles! Wow! I wish I knew that in advance.
Besides all of the audience interaction, there was an over abundance of fun to be had by everyone. Many old songs and some new ones! We sang and danced to “Hot Potato”, “Big Red Car”, “Rockabye Your Bear”, and plenty of others.
My daughter said it was the best day ever as Henry the Octopus, Wags the Dog, Dorothy the Dinosaur, Captain Feathersword and the Wiggly Dancers sang song after song! All I can say is WOW!
The best part of all: The Wiggles are in search of The 5th Wiggle in a city near you. The Wiggles are looking for someone in each city to sing along with them to “Fruit Salad”, it could be you! For your chance click here:  Be The 5th Wiggle! Good Luck!

PS: We were saddened to hear that Jeff would not be a part of the show due to heart problems. But, it was handled beautifully by Murray and a helper was on the scene.

Get Closer Tour
KC Masterpiece Meet and Greet
It Could Be You!

Most of the people that know me already know that Keith Urban is one of my favorite country artists. I find his music incredibly inspiring and easy to listen to anytime of the day. He is actually one of our family favorites. When we were invited to the concert this year, we were all very excited about the experience. Keith was fantastic in concert last weekend in Philly. I love his  new barless stage that allows the fans to “Get Closer”. Keith Urban has a way of playing that makes you feel as it you are the only one in the room of thousands. His personality is vibrant and his music spectacular. He also sang some of my favorite songs, including “I’m In”, “Put You In A Song”,”Days Go By”, and my personal favorite”Till Summer Comes Around”.

Last year I had the pleasure of meeting Keith Urban face to face at KC Masterpiece’s Real Deal. My family was chosen and were invited to a personal Backstage BBQ sponsored by KC Masterpiece. Thousands and thousands of people were milliing about as our select group was whisked away to a special location where we could listen to Keith Urban’s music, dine on delicious foods, that were enhanced by KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce, of course meet Keith Urban. The meet and greet was wonderful and Kieth Urban could not have been any nicer. He posed for pictures, chatted, and even was kind enough to give my sons some guitar picks. It’s a memory I will treasure forever.

So, upon saying that, it’s your chance to meet Keith Urban yourself. Never believe that it can’t happen, because it can. At the Phila. concert I spoke to a few of the winners that had just returned from the meet and greet. They did nothing but rave about KC Masterpiece and the wonderful time that had meeting Keith Urban. The submitted a photo of themselves posed with a bottle of KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce on Facebook and were luckily chosen! There are still two chances left in the USA and you could be part of the fun.
It’s simple to enter! If you are in the Kansas City, Missouri or San Jose, California area, or can get there in time for the concert, take a chance and enter!
KC Materpiece Meet Keith Urban!

All you need to do is find an active concert date and submit a picture of you with KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce! Good Luck and I mean it! It’s a once in a lifetime experience. Don’t miss your shot at it!

BON JOVI Circle Tour NYC

The Circle Tour
Madison Square Garden NYC
Okay, What can I say? You either are a Bon Jovi fan or you’re not. My entire family is a Bon Jovi loving family. Even Emily knows the songs, since they are ring tones on my BB and alarms. So, I was thrilled to be able to go to the Bon Jovi’s Circle Tour last night!
I was a little concerned when I heard there was no “lead-in” band. But, I was definitely NOT disappointed when Bon Jovi started one hit after another and played from 8pm until past 11pm…non stop! I had seen him in the spring at the New Meadowlands Stadium, but this was even better!!
The energy was outrageous. The music was great. Bon Jovi-Amazing!
I was so happy to hear some of my favorite songs like:
We Weren’t Born to Follow
Have a Nice Day
Wanted Dead or Alive
Bad Medicine
Livin on a Prayer
It’s MY Life!

If you have a chance to see Bon Jovi LIVE, don’t miss out!

Keith Urban BackstageExperience BBQ!

Keith Urban

Backstage BBQ Experience!
Not very long ago, my family and I had the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure, of attending the Keith Urban Concert at the New Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ! All I can say is WOW! I thought the night would be great but I had no idea just how great it would be!
We arrived at the stadium at about 3 pm, a little early for a concert that was due to begin at 7pm, but we had a good reason. We were invited to the Keith Urban Backstage

BBQ! This is where the WOW
begins! We were greeted by an escort who brought us through special gates, since the regular gates were due to open until 4:30. The escort took us and a party of less than 2o
people to a private room where the BBQ was going to be held. When we entered the room it was entering “a dream”. There was a little stage set up at the far end of the room and a semi-circle of stools surrounding it. We knew Keith would be there for a meet/greet, but never expected our own little private concert.
We were greeted by a BBQ staff who showed us to our seats and invited us to dine on all the goodies you would find at a regular BBQ. My hubby, myself and our boys dined on pulled pork, hamburgers, chicken, and other choices galore. Of course, since it was sponsored by KC Masterpiece BBQ Sauce, there was plenty of BBQ sauce to go around! What do I have to say about the food? YUM! Delicious!
After our feast of BBQ and dining on our red checkered tablecloths, we roamed around the room looking a pictures of Keith and a signing a 10 ft poster of him with “good wishes”.
Before long the meet and greet began and each party was taken privately to meet Keith. He could not have been any nicer. He greeted our family with a warm smile and kind words. He signed my son’s cowboy hat and traded picks with my older son! Then we posed for a picture and headed to our front row seats! I do mean f
front row! We were less than 10 feet away from Keith as he took requests for a favorite song. My older son requested “Days Go By”, one of my favorites and Keith sang it. It was so emotional, I was brought to tears. WOW, was this really happening? Could someone actually be lucky

enough to be in a stadium filled wit

h about 35,000 people and be in a room with less than 20 people and Keith Urban not more than 1o feet away? The answer of course was yes!
After Keith warmed up and then played a song to us, he answered any questions people had and really showed off his “down to earth” personality! He talked about his childhood, his wife and family, and about playing to a big crowd! He gave my sons some tips on playing guitar, since they both have their own guitars and enjoy country music. You could not have asked for a better time! All I could think was how the actual concert did not even begin yet. I did not think it could get any better than it already was at that moment.

It was tough leaving such a wonderful BBQ, but we needed to head to our seats quickly. Keith spent so much time with us that we only had about 10 minutes before he was onstage! He definitely did not let anyone down with his wonderful concert. When he came out the fans went crazy, even though the rain decided to join us at exactly the same time. It did not seem to matter!
Keith Urban was the opener, followed by The Dixie Chicks, and then The Eagles! What a great night!
