Disney Pictures Releases a First Look at Beauty and the Beast! One of my favorite movies ever has to be Disney’s Beauty and the Beast. I remember taking my oldest son to see it at the theaters and our little family of three absolutely fell in love with the movie. From that point on we spent hours role playing Beauty and the Beast. I was Belle (of course), my son the Beast, and hubby playing the role of Gaston! It wasn’t long before we were able to buy the movie on video and since then on dvd. When we go to Disney World the show is on our must do list. I think I know every song by heart and if you could hear me right now you would hear me singing a medley of songs as I write this.

I was beyond thrilled to get a first look at the teaser poster for Disney’s upcoming live-action re-telling of Beauty and the Beast, based on the animated classic which refashions the classic characters and musical numbers from the tale as old as time for a contemporary audience. The film, which stars Emma Watson, Dan Stevens, Luke Evans, Kevin Kline, Josh Gad, Ewan McGregor, Stanley Tucci, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Audra McDonald with Ian McKellen and Emma Thompson. No plans will be made this coming year on March 17th. You know right where I will be. Beauty and the Beast opens in theaters everywhere on March 17th, 2017!
