Professional Bullriding NYC Jan. 6-8th!

Professional Bull Riding
NYC Jan. 6-8th
Friday night I had the extreme pleasure of attending my first live Professional Bull
Riding event at Madison Square Garden NYC. I had watched the sport on tv for many years and always wondered what it would be like to see it live. To some it up in one word EXCITING!
This extreme sport had everyone’s eyes glues as one rider after the next tried to make the time of 8 seconds in order to move on to the next round. Top ten moved onto the next round.
The PBR Tour began tonight and continues right through October!
It will be coming to a town near you.
The bulls were bucking and the riders were flying despite their massive grip of strength to hold on!
Professional Bull Riding will be in NYC Saturday and Sunday. Tickets are still available and if you have the chance you should definitely check it out.
It’s really exciting, a ton of fun and a lil’ bit crazy, if you ask me!
I enjoyed the event  The Professional Bull Riders(PBR) will present the 6th Annual Madison Square Garden Invitational on January 6th-8th, 2012, to kick off the nationally televised, elite 2012 Built Tough Series Season, featuring the world’s toughest cowboys and rankest bulls! The PBR’s Built Ford Tough Series will rock New York with three bone-crushing, adrenaline-soaked performances, as the Top 40 bull riders in the world – including the 2011 Madison Square Garden Invitational champion Valdiron de Oliveira – risk it all against athletic animals weighing as much as 2,000 pounds. Fans will be thrilled as they watch intense 8-second rides and jaw-dropping wrecks when riders try to stay on and survive animals 10 times their size.

The nationally televised PBR 2012 Built Ford Tough Series will visit 23 different states with 28 events in 2012. The 2012 schedule will feature the best bull riders from across the globe competing against the rankest bulls on the planet in front of millions of fans across the country to win a share of over $10 million for the season.

During the past year I have had the pleasure to attend many studio tapings in NYC.
I had the pleasure of meeting Regis Philbin before he retired and was also part of a special group of ten Twitter followers that Tweeted Live from Martha Stewart’s 1000th show! Recently, I had the pleasure of being a part of  Bill Cunningham’s Live audience. There are so many fun shows taping in NYC and tickets are always available.
I thought I would save you the trouble of exactly how to get the tickets and connect you directly to the pages you need below!
Good Luck! With just a little bit of planning you can be part of the studio audience, too!

My Favorite Cheesecake Recipe

This is my family’s favorite cheesecake that they beg me to make. I thought I would share it with you! It’s easy to make(please don’t tell them). Delish!
What you need:
1 spring pan
graham cracker crumbs(you can also substitute oreos/chips ahoy..etc)
4 packs of cream cheese
1 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon flour
1 stick butter(1/2 for cake and 1/2 for graham cracker crust)
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
Can of your favorite fruit topping

Make the crust first by melting 1/2 stick of butter and 1 1/2 cups of graham crackers. Press down into the pan to create the crust.
Mix together everything else in a bowl.(easy, right)
Pour the mixture into the pan with the crust.
Bake at 325 for about 60 minutes. You have to check this. If it still looks really loose. Bake for 10 more minutes.
IMPORTANT: Leave the cake in the oven for half hour to set. Shut off oven.
The cake will have cracks on the top. That is normal.
Place in frige for about 2 hours before you remove from spring pan. (be sure to use knife and go around the side of cake pan before removing.
Top with your favorite choice of fruits or eat it plain. It’s Delish!
