There are games and then there are games that kids love to play. When you walk into any place that sells video games you can find the walls lined with titles that all look incredible. But how do you know which one will get played with over and over. It’s tough to shell out the money and find out three hours later that your child has absolutely no interest in the game you purchased them. Been there more than once! I think it’s really important to check out the video game as much as you can before buying it.

Recently our family was introduced to a great game for tweens! How do I know it’s a great game for tweens…well, I have a tween and she is a total gamer girl. Now that does not say that this game is for girls. I also have two sons that are older and they both did play the game with Emily and loved it! What I loved about the game is that it is exciting yet not crazy. It’s perfect for tweens that want the older gaming feel but are still a little too young for it.

Since we already have the game in our house obviously I cannot buy it for Emily for Christmas but when it comes to getting a gift for some other family members and video games are involved my daughter and both sons agree that this is a perfect choice. The more you play this game the more you will love it! Of course Mom took a turn, or maybe a few turns. Moms love it, too! It’s a great family game and will put a smile on any child’s face this holiday season.
