Giveaway: Pfizer Healthcare Is There For Your Family! Sick Just Got Real robitussin If you know anything about my family and kids, someone is always sick. Not sure why, but we can catch a bug if it’s a million miles away. With saying that my kids are no strangers to meds. As a mom, I like to choose something that works and I can rely on. I don’t want something I am going to have to give a million doses of or worry about overmedicating. After momming for so many years I have some great tips for sickies in the house. 1) Always make sure to take their temp the minute they wake up and at the end of the 6 hours before giving a new dose of meds.  This way you can see how high the fever is or if it is dropping. 2). Keep ice pops on hand! – They come in sugar free, too. Sometimes it’s really hard to get your sick child to drink but it is very important and much easier than being on an IV at the emergency room. So, ice pops can help to save the day and they may even lessen the sore throat issue and the heat of the fever. 3) Try to keep your sickie away from the rest of the family. I usually end up with Emily in the living room anyway, it never works for me, personally but it is a good idea. 4). Good Luck. It is never ever ever easy to have a sick baby or child in your care. Life just kind of stops and all that matters is that the cough stops or the fever comes down or they get back up and run around. Just know that we have all been there. The meds do help in most cases and they help the moms and dads, too. Honestly, I carry Children’s Advil with me in most of my bags and NEVER travel without an array of Pfizer meds. I’m sure like everyone else, you child is perfectly fine one minute and the next morning can wake up with a high fever or congestion. Pfizer is there for us.  5) ALWAYS have extra meds on  hand and never run out of tissues! Check out everything you need to know from the experts: http://www.sickjustgotreal.com/

We want a peaceful sleep. (PS This is not our house. lol. On vacation but we still take the meds along just in case.)
