Ever since the weather started to change around here and the chill has hit the air

our family could not help but start thinking about the upcoming holidays.
One fun event we attended last year was our
trip to A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place in Langhorne, PA.
This year the fun kicks off on 
November 17th  and goes on thru December 31st (select dates).

This year’s opening weekend (November 17 &18) is even more special 
because the holiday season is kicking off with special event concerts by
the Imagination Movers! That is right, the @imovers will be at 
Sesame Place again. They must love it as much as we do!
You can purchase concert tickets here. Sesame Place 
admission is required in addition to the concert ticket.

Show times Saturday and Sunday 11/17 & 11/18

Concert will be in Monster Rock Theater
Pricing: Adults $10.00 + tax
Children(ages 2-11) $10.00 + tax
Infants under 2 are free but require a reservation.

)– Sesame Place, the nation’s only theme park based entirely on the award-winning show Sesame Street, is currently preparing for its Christmas festivities. Set to open on November 17, “A Very Furry Christmas” is a one-of-a-kind family-friendly celebration with everyone’s favorite Sesame Street pals. The park is  transformed into a winter wonderland filled with lights, trees, shows, music, treats, rides and Santa Claus!
“A Very Furry Christmas at Sesame Place is designed to immerse guests in a winter experience that allows them to see the Christmas season through the eyes of our Sesame Street characters” said Robert J. Caruso, Park President. “We hope to bring out the child in everyone with the millions of lights, the garland hung with toys, and the music, shows and special Christmas parade.”
The 20-day event allows guests to experience Sesame Place in a whole new way, with a 25-foot Christmas Tree that lights up the night in sync with Sesame Street holiday tunes, three Christmas shows, a great selection of wintertime treats and Christmas sweets, and awesome holiday shopping at the park’s two gift shops. Santa Claus will also visit the park each evening to hear Christmas wishes and pose for photos at Santa’s Workshop, where kids and adults alike will enjoy talking with a cheerful interactive snowman before being greeted by joyful elf attendants.
“We hope A Very Furry Christmas will become a staple in the region’s family-friendly Christmas entertainment,” said Caruso.
New this year, is the Sesame Place Furry Express, a brand new trackless train ride, which takes guests on a tour through the Twiddlebugs’ Gingerbread Cookie Factory and ends the journey with samples of their famous gingerbread treats.
A Very Furry Christmas will also feature exciting special events, including concerts and character meet and greets.  Imagination Movers, the popular children’s band, will kick off opening weekend with three concerts each day at Sesame Place.  Sesame Place will also celebrate New Year’s Eve with fireworks set to Sesame Street themed music.
A Very Furry Christmas opens at Sesame Place on select dates beginning Saturday, November 17th. The park will also open daily from December 26th through December 31st. For a complete operating schedule please visit sesameplace.com

Admission tickets for A Very Furry Christmas are $21.99 and 
include a free second visit.  Guests with 2012 and 2013 Season Passes 
are able to upgrade their Season Pass to include unlimited admission
 to all 20 operating days of a Very Furry Christmas 
and a 30% discount on food and merchandise for $14.99.

My entire family loved it and have been
looking forward to the final version of the film.

It seems that as soon as I hear the name Tinker Bell somehow
the magic just invades my mind. Maybe it’s the magic I felt as 
a child seeing her fly through the sky at Disney World or 
the previous movies starring the little green magical pixie fairy.
Maybe it’s the love my six year old daughter has has for 
Tinker Bell and the joy it brings to both of us.
Whatever it is, I do not know many people
who are not fans of Tinker Bell. Every movie
about her is a joy to watch so when I was invited
to the Big Screen preview of Disney Secret of the Wings I could 
not resist. Of course Emily wore her magical fairy wings throughout 
the movie and loved every minute of it.
This full length Tinker Bell movie did not disappoint and there
was a room full of clapping at the end, myself included.
Secret of the Wings which stars Tinker Bell takes us
on a journey through the forbidden and mysterious Winter Woods.
The movie has Tink’s favorite friends Fawn, Silvermist, Vidia, Rosetta, and Iridessa.
It also introduces us to the newest fairy and Tinker Bell’s long 
lost sister, Periwinkle.
The movie goes a little into the tissue alert section as Tinker Bell and 
Periwinkle realize they are sisters. You can feel the love 
beam out right from the screen. Not to mention that this is the first time
ever Tinker Bell is available on Disney Blu-ray 3D! 
The 3D is spectacular!
Follow along as the Warm Season fairies venture into the 
Winter Woods and Tink’s life along with everyone else
changes forever!
If you are looking for a little magic in your life and 
a wonderful heartfelt story filled with humor and hope you 
will adore this movie. It holds true to the magic 
of Tinker Bell.
