A Friend and a Foe Join Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes (2.0 Edition)

This is amazing news for our Gamer Family! Yesterday after FOUR hours of play and 35 characters later, we hit Level 50 and picked up 100 gamer points on xbox one. It was a family affair, as usual. We have so much fun with Disney Infinity I can’t even begin to explain it. Fun! Fun! Fun! So bringing on the last two guys is just music to ours ears!

Loki: The God of Mischief is at your command when you play as Loki, one of the most anticipated characters in Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes. From defeating his opponents with a powerful scepter to projecting decoy versions that bewilder even the cleverest of heroes, Loki is the villain you’ll love to hate. Creating mischief in Marvel’s Avengers Play Set and Toy Box 2.0 has never been so fun!

Falcon: Pararescue veteran Sam Wilson, codename Falcon, soars into Disney Infinity: Marvel Super Heroes. As Captain America’s closest ally, Falcon’s an indispensible addition to the Marvel’s Avengers Play Set and Toy Box 2.0.

The final two Power Discs – Marvel Team-Up: Captain Marvel and Ultimate Falcon – will also be available today as a Rare Power Disc Pack for a suggested retail price of $4.99 at select retailers in North America.

 

Highlights include:  Marvel Team-Up: Captain Marvel: Team up with Captain Marvel and activate her energy blasts and super strength in any battle. Ultimate Falcon: Gain the ability to collect sparks from far away and unlock the Ultimate costume for Falcon.

Marvel’s Avengers Age Of Ultron – Boss!

Being a BoyMom for many years before my daughter was born I became quite a fan of the Avengers! Our family is so looking to the release of this movie! You are not going to want to miss out on this new youtube clip, believe me!! Marvel Studios presents “Avengers: Age of Ultron,” the epic follow-up to the biggest Super Hero movie of all time. When Tony Stark tries to jumpstart a dormant peacekeeping program, things go awry and Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, The Incredible Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye, are put to the ultimate test as the fate of the planet hangs in the balance. As the villainous Ultron emerges, it is up to The Avengers to stop him from enacting his terrible plans, and soon uneasy alliances and unexpected action pave the way for an epic and unique global adventure.

Marvel’s “Avengers: Age of Ultron” stars Robert Downey Jr., who returns as Iron Man, along with Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Hulk and Chris Evans as Captain America. Together with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, and with the additional support of Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine, Cobie Smulders as Agent Maria Hill, Stellan Skarsgård as Erik Selvig and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, the team must reassemble to defeat James Spader as Ultron, a terrifying technological villain hell-bent on human extinction. Along the way, they confront two mysterious and powerful newcomers, Pietro Maximoff, played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Wanda Maximoff, played by Elizabeth Olsen and meet an old friend in a new form when Paul Bettany becomes Vision.

Three new back-to-back “Miles from Tomorrowland” Friday March 20th

 

We are super excited about the arrival of Spring! Disney Junior is kicking off Spring with three new back-to-back “Miles from Tomorrowland” episodes premiering this Friday! On March 20 starting at 9:00 a.m. ET/PT on Disney Channel the fun begins. These episodes air as part of Disney Junior’s “Triple Play Friday” programming event which features three back-to-back episodes of popular Disney Junior series airing each Friday throughout the month of March.

 

First Up:  “Happy Captain’s Day / Planet of the Plants” premieres at 9:00 AM ET/PT on Disney Channel  What’s it about? In an effort to give Captain Phoebe a wonderful Captain’s Day, Miles, Loretta and Leo embark on a nearly impossible space-task. Then, during a mission to Antheia, a planet completely covered with orange plants, the Callistos discover something stranger than the plants.

Next Up: “Ride of the Quarkons / Downsized” premieres at 9:25 AM ET/PT on Disney Channel.  What’s it about? The Callistos encounter a pod of Quarkons blocking the Photon Superhighway. Then, when the Callisto family is accidently shrunken down by the Tomorrowland Mail-alien, the tiny family must work together to help Merc save an off-course starship.

To complete the Triple Play: “To the Goldilocks Zone / Hiccup in the Plan” premieres at 9:50 AM ET/PT on Disney Channel. What’s it about? Miles helps scout out the perfect planet for his Earth friend Haruna to live on. Then, the Callistos must figure out how to escape when a giant Sporjot alien swallows the Stellosphere.

We will be glued to the tv! I’m not sure I even remember life before Miles From Tomorrowland!  Our family is loving  the new show. We definitely give it a thumbs up!

Take a Loooook!!!

Eggsellent Weeruptor: Weeruptor was chosen as this year’s official mascot for the Annual Dragon Egg Hunt!  Being new to this time honored tradition, he disguised himself as a candy-coated egg and proceeded to capture Spyro, Cynder, and Drobot within a Traptanium basket… sort of missing the point of the occasion.  But what he lacks in point-getting, he more than makes up for in “Eggsellence!”

Power Punch Jet – Vac: Jet-Vac was the greatest, most daring flying ace in all of Windham.  He was given his magical wings when he was young, as was the tradition for all Air Barons.  But when his homeland was raided, he chose to sacrifice his wings to a young mother so she could fly her children to safety.  This act of nobility caught the attention of Master Eon, who sought out the young Air Baron and presented him with a gift – a powerful vacuum device that would allow him to soar through the skies once again. Jet-Vac accepted the gift with gratitude, and now daringly fights evil alongside the other Skylanders.

Bunny Earth Trap:The Bunny Earth Trap is one of the most unique Traps of the bunch and features a cute bunny-themed design.
